Large scale mobilisation for McDermott
In June 2012 we safely and successfully completed a large scale mobilisation project for McDermott.
The IMECA Pipe-lay Tower System was installed aboard the new-build North Ocean 105 offshore construction vessel.
Work included:
- Mobilisation of back deck equipment including 1200 tonne,52m pipe-lay tower, 40ft drive cabinet container, 20ft control container, 40ft HPU container, 20ft workshop. All power and communications connections were installed between these
- Installation of CCTV, clear comms, DP alert and survey systems throughout the vessel
